Pre-fermentative maceration to extract aromas and soft tannins. Partially aged in French oak barrels.

Deep garnet.

​Black fruit aromas and hints of violets, cacao and spices. 

Rich palate with soft tannins.  

Long finish. 

Recommended with rich meat dishes, game and strong cheeses.
